Money transfer in Europe

Как это лучше сделать?
I was booking an accommodation on Booking.com for my Dolomites trip, and it looks like a lot of places in that area are small family-run lodges. When i was booking it, it said no credit card required for booking and to pay later, which i thought was strange but was like okay that’s fine and honestly good if i dont have to pay now. So the booking is confirmed and then they send me a message saying I need to transfer money to them. Like transfer cash to their account. They gave me their SWIFT number or something. I went on the website Wise.com which is used for money transfers with less fees. They want 30% of the cost in the next 3 days so i tried to do it but it said one of their numbers was invalid (like their routing number) so i havent done it. I’m pissed off because I didnt know i’d have to do this lol. During booking, it said it’s nonrefundable (which is fine because i’m for sure going) and that if you cancel you’ll be charged 50%. I was wondering “how are they gonna charge me without my card”. Anyways I’m annoyed and don’t wanna deal with this annoying money transfer and my question is, can they do anything to me if I don’t pay them in the next 3 days like they ask?? Like I havent given them any card info or anything so if i just dont pay then can they do anything about it?
