If Musk was truly interested in ridding the government of fraud, waste, and abuse, he’d increase the number of inspectors general, strengthen the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, and not protect corrupt politicians. Taking a sledgehammer to the federal government is not to reduce waste, fraud, or abuse. It’s also not about reducing the national debt.
